Brand Identity & Packaging
Pump Street Chocolate is a bean to bar craft chocolate business founded by father and daughter team Chris and Joanna Brennan, which evolved from their Pump Street Bakery, in Orford, Suffolk. The chocolate business has grown substantially, yet the process remains the same but now with a global reach.
The chocolate is unique in that they roast the cocoa beans for their chocolate bars in the bread ovens at their bakery, combining their love of baking with their love of chocolate to create multi-award winning bars.
Creating distinctive, independent brands, by identifying personality.
Pump Street Bakery and Chocolate are very much part of the Suffolk community and we wanted to portray this personal relationship on the packaging. We commissioned illustrator, Jesse Brown, who is brilliant at capturing a moment, a small expression, a gesture and his work is now integral to the brand.
Pump Street Chocolate Seasonal Packaging
To mark a new season Pump Street introduce limited edition ranges, although the absolute favourites return each year! This felt the ideal opportunity to introduce a more colourful and joyful design which allows concepts to flow.
We commissioned illustrator, Jesse Brown to produce seasonal scenes, many of which are based in Orford.
