Accessibility and easy of use are paramount to the success of the Potato Council's website which communicates directly with the public. Educating and friendly, the site provides a wealth of information from the potato experts.

Allies worked with GPMD on a Search Engine Optimisation strategy which we implemented through the design and content of the site. Within just 5 months of launching the new site, we'd more than doubled the number of visitors through Google every month.

We also created the Love Potatoes marque for The Potato Council that promotes potatoes to the British public, primarily to mothers.

We created a feel-good icon that entwines potatoes with the values of sharing meals, family and love. Neatly conveying the message that potatoes are full of goodness.
