Salted, Cured & Pressed
We have designed and art directed the latest piece of literature for Harvey & Brockless; Salted, Cured & Pressed. A celebration of all Mediterranean and British charcuterie & antipasti, our design reflects the simplicity and beauty of the delicious products on offer. Looking to highlight the individual producers and what they have to offer, we introduced a clean and contemporary aesthetic that acts as a stage from which the products shine.
We commissioned reportage photographer Ali Paul to travel across Italy and Britain to take shots of some of the incredible producers that are featured in the brochure. The resulting images are a snapshot of the passion and dedication that goes into every product that Harvey & Brockless supplies, and are truly beautiful in their depiction of the principles and values of the individual artisans.
